Personal Experience With Weight Training

Hey Guys Today I'd like to talk some more about Turbulence Training and what it's been like for me.

You see prior to Turbulence Training, I was also told that in order to get lean, I had to do at least 1 hour weight training x 3 Times per week followed by at least a further 1 hour-plus of boring old cardio. I believed this as many of us do, so I followed their direction and trained like nothin' else. After 3 months of this there was little change to my body.

I first started training with weights in the late eighties, doing so many reps and sets for lower body one day followed by so many reps and sets for upper body the next also each and every day that I trained, I did 1000 ab reps of assorted exercises, yep that's right 1000. My abs were Abs of Flab still even after all that not one bit of toned tummy at all. I trained hard 6 of 7 days because I thought I wanted to be a body builder, a phase I was going through back then LOL. When there was bugger all results I stopped going hard at it, oh must have been somewhere between 3-6 months.

I then only trained for social and a bit of exercise. Another big no no. Look, if you want to have the body of your dreams - start your routine - finish the job - then go home. Easy Peasy!

As the years went by I looked at this, that and any other product, to lose weight with ease, you know cellulite tablets and fad diets. Yeh yeh, I know you all try them too. I'm not alone out there haaa haa am I?

During my research for an online personal trainer, that didn't cost weeks of wages and then some - after spending hundreds of dollars on Ebooks and programs - I was fortunate to stumble upon Turbulence Training Trial Offer. For only $4.95, all I have to lose was my fat (yep cliche, I know) Even so, I still had these things coming to mind - "What kind of product is this? How can you lose fat and tone in less than an hour only 3 times a week? This is too cheap to be any good!" AND oh yeh, the best one "This is too easy, it must be crap". Man was I mistaken. It looks easy, but man alive looks can definitely be deceiving.

Once buying my trial I did more research on the program, I found there to be a great deal of support within a member's forum as well as Craig Ballantyne himself. You make heaps of friends in the forum who support you and help you to be accountable for your efforts as much as you're there for others too. A great society of fat losers.

I started TT around this time last year. I had always followed the dreaded gym instructors' point of views, while trying to lose fat, especially around the tummy area, hence the last article I posted - "Letter From Your Belly Fat", written by Craig Ballantyne.

I can go on for ages but I won't bore you any longer with my story.

I want to give you this great sample video from Craig Ballantyne which explains interval training instead of doing that long slow boring cardio. Intervals are the quickest and one of the best ways to burn calories not only during but for hours to come. Hey they're even fun to do - once you learn the different styles and techniques you can use.

Here you go - Take a look at this video - let me know what you guys think.
